Storytime Programs
Children’s storytime and music programs are open to preschool Livonia children. All children younger than three years old must be accompanied by an adult (one child per adult), unless otherwise specified. Space is limited so register early!
At Civic Center Library, registration begins Monday, March 12 at 9:00 am. At Noble Library, registration begins Monday, March 12 at 10:00 am (734) 421-4235. At Sandburg Library, registration begins Tuesday, March 13 at 10:00 am (248) 893-4010.
Sessions begin the week of March 19 and end the week of April 23.
BABY STORYTIME*
Ages 12 to 23 months with parent or loving caregiver.
Babies are invited to bring a loving caregiver along for songs, simple stories, and other activities that introduce our youngest patrons to the pleasures of the library.

SATURDAY CINEMA

PAWS FOR READING: CHILDREN READING TO DAISY*
For beginning readers ages 6 and older

LET’S LEGO*
Ages 6 and up
Friday, April 13 from 3 – 4 pm
Are you ready to take your LEGO creations to the next level? Come and build at the Library! There will be a LEGO craft and snack, too! We will photograph everyone’s creation and the photos will be on display here at the Library. BYOL—bring your own LEGOs (if you have them). THE WIZARD OF OZ AND OTHER OZ BOOKS*

GODZILLA STOMP!*
Grades 5 through 12
Tuesday, April 10
In April 1956, Godzilla stomped his way into American theaters. Celebrate this 56-year anniversary by competing in our Godzilla Stomp! card-game tournament. Plus, enjoy a free showing of a classic Godzilla film. Register in person, or by phone at (734) 466-2493, beginning Wednesday, March 28. Participants must be present at the beginning of the tournament to compete. No registration required for movie.

Not a lecture! Join us as award-winning illusionist Eugene Clark presents this funny and interactive program for families. We’ll laugh and learn about “green” as he helps us get ready for Earth Day! No registration required.

Missing storytime? We're having an informal play date in the Storytime Room! Grab your friends (or come and meet some new ones!) and play the afternoon away. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents, feel free to bring coffee into the Meeting Room.
MOTHER’S DAY CREATE!*

Thursday, May 10 from 4:45 – 6:00pm
Moms love flowers—come and create flowers she can enjoy all year using felt, buttons, and duct tape. Register in person, or by phone at (248) 893-4010, beginning Tuesday, April 10. Younger children will need assistance.
